* Subhan Bakery was established in 1948 by Syed Khadar. The bakery is widely recognised for its Osmania biscuits and a variety of other Hyderabadi confectioneries.
* Cafe Niloufer was started in 1978 by Anumula Babu Rao. Its fame stems from its signature Irani chai, a traditional Hyderabadi beverage. While known for its chai, Cafe Niloufer also offers a variety of bakery items like bun maska and malai bun. The cafe has expanded into a retail business, selling tea powder and other items like Osmania biscuits.
* Shadab was established in 1990 by the late Mohammed Khaja. While it is widely associated with biryani, the restaurant offers a wide selection of Indian dishes that reflect traditional flavours.
* Dadu's - In 1993, Rajesh Dadu started a small, sweet shop in Himayat Nagar — Dadu’s Mithai Vatika. Over the years, the brand has grown into a familiar name in Hyderabad, known for its range of Indian sweets.
* Bawarchi - In 1994, Jaffer Mansoori and his partner Nasir launched Bawarchi to serving authentic Hyderabadi food.
* The Spicy Venue - The Spicy Venue restaurant in Road No 10, Jubilee Hills, was founded by Tummala Ravindra Kumar in 2002, and his son Srinivas Sampath joined soon after completing his hotel management degree. Together, the father-son duo introduced popular dishes that helped shape the city’s Andhra cuisine scene, such as the fusion biryani, the MLA potlam biryani made with prawns and kheema wrapped in an omelette, and their signature dessert, apricot delight.
* Pista House was founded by Mohammed Abdul Majeed. What started as a small bakery has grown into a recognised brand in Hyderabad with restaurants across the city now run by the founder's sons Mohammed Abdul Mohsi and Mohammed Abdul Mohddis Ali.
* Parampara – Flavours of India was launched in 2020 by Hitesh Bang. The brand's new thali restaurant, Paddathii by Parampara, is coming up in Banjara Hills.
