The Thousand Pillar Temple

The Thousand Pillar Temple, also called the Rudreshwara Temple, was built in 1163 CE by Kakatiya ruler Rudra Deva.

The 12th-century temple known locally as Veyyi Stambhāla Guḍi (వెయ్యి స్తంభాల గుడి), is one of Telangana’s finest showcases of Kakatiya architecture and stands as a significant protected monument and popular pilgrimage spot in the State.

It is located in Hanamakonda, Telangana.
